Created for those who know the effects of anxiety all too well, myself included!

Little side story about how I chose these crystals:
After a scary 4-car accident with my daughter the day before her 1st birthday, I developed anxiety. I didn’t know what I was experiencing at first and thought it was heart health issues. After many tests and appointments, we found out I was suffering from panicked attacks and severe anxiety. While the car accident brought it on, I was still having it afterwards and in other situations, sometimes for what seemed like no reason at all. One time while laying in bed suffering through an attack, I was thinking about how angry I was for having to live like this…and I started to think of how I could channel my feelings through my art. That’s when I first created my F💜ck Anxiety candles and the crystals I wanted to include that had helped me over the years. This bracelet set is a collection of those same 5 crystals. They represent love, protection, calmness, courage and resilience. I hope this story helps, and know that if you experience anxiety, you’re not alone 💜

The stones all vary in shape and size but will be similar to the ones photographed. The Blue Lace Agate stones are smaller than the others. They fit most wrists. I have a 7” wrist and they fit me well.

The cost for this set works out to be just over $10 per bracelet which includes shipping. This cost is much lower compared to purchasing each bracelet separately.

Your crystal bracelets will come nice wrapped and shipped via USPS through Etsy with tracking.
